Never before have we had the opportunity to value the teaching and learning of science as in the current crisis. Thanks to the advances in communications technology, the current global pandemic can be understood and experienced in its true nature: A global event with shared crisis, needs and solutions. It is a good moment to pause and appreciate that the one consistent way of knowing moving civilization forward is science (To be continued).
